The temperature of the indoor areas where we process and package the salad is kept constant to avoid sudden changes that can damage the quality of the individual leaves.

Temperature management is completely computerised and any anomalies are automatically reported by email to the designated personnel.

Even before the health emergency, our baby leaf salad control and packaging operators always wore personal protective equipment such as masks, gloves, hair nets, beard covers, overalls and dedicated clothing.
