Greenhouse controls

During the soil preparation, seeding and harvesting phases, all greenhouses are constantly checked to prevent the presence of foreign organisms and parasites that could affect product safety.

Manual weeding is carried out on a daily basis to eliminate weeds and ensure the growth of strong and healthy baby leaf salads.

The different crops grown during the year and the products used in the field are selected according to health principles and respect for the soil. All the equipment is continuously sanitised.

Controls during the processing phases

After harvesting, the baby leaf salads are moved to our farming facilities and undergo manual sorting and mechanised controls with optical sorters and metal detectors.

The crates, bags and trays used for packaging are all food-grade materials, and all the machinery used is regularly sanitised.
