We have production sites in both the North and South of Italy.
We use weather control units to monitor temperatures and humidity rates, and manage production accordingly.
This allows us to guarantee constant harvesting throughout the year, from the cold winter months to the stifling summer months.
Of the 230 hectares of greenhouse cultivation, over 90 hectares are dedicated to organic farming to ensure safe production processes, in full respect of the land, its rhythms and its requirements.
